Terms and Conditions for Rental
1. Hirer/ Driver requirements:
- Hirer and any additional driver have to:-
- Be 24 years old and above with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Posses a valid Singapore class 3 driving licence or a valid International driving licence.
- Hirer and any additional driver have to produce Singapore identity card (IC) and driving licence or foreign passport and International driving licence at time of hire
2. Rates:
- All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars and are subjected to 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Rental is calculated based on 24hours basis. Minimum rental duration for weekday is 1 day and weekend is 2 days.
- Every extension of hour is calculated at 20% of the daily rate.
3. Petrol:
- Upon returning of the vehicle, hirer should refill the petrol back to the same level as per given. Additional service charge of $10 excluding petrol will be imposed.
4. Mileage:
- Mileage is limited to 200km per day for solely Singapore drive and unlimited for Malaysia drive.
5. Options to consider:
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance
All our vehicles are covered under comprehensive insurance with an excess liability. Excess liability may be reduced by payment of the CDW insurance:-

All our vehicles can be driven to Malaysia with additional surcharge of $40 per day subjected to GST. The excess for Malaysia-use vehicle is doubled of the applicable excess.
GPS navigator is available for rent at $5 per day subjected to GST.
Child seat is available for rent at $5 per day subjected to GST.
6. Deposit and Payment:
- Refundable deposit is required for each and every rental:-
- Local use only - $ 300
- Local and Malaysia use only - $ 500
- Luxury range (MB S350 & BMW 735 - $ 800
- Full payment and deposit is payable upon rental commencement.
- We accept major credit card or NETS payment only
7. Collection and returning of vehicle:
- Hirer may collect the vehicle from our office anytime during our operating hours:-
- Weekdays - from 9am to 6pm
- Saturdays - from 9am to 5pm
- Sundays & PH - closed
- Alternatively, delivery and/ or collection service can be arranged during our operating hours:-
- Any location except airport - $30 per trip subjected to GST.
- Airport - $50 per trip subjected to GST.

- Time of return shall be the same as per collection time
