Position 1:
Car Rental Sales Executive
Job Description:
- Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Proactive in new sales acquisition and expanding of clientele base
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients
- Actively identifying and generating new leads and opportunities
- Manage and follow through the entire sales process
- Always maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards clients
- Provide quality after-sales services
- Attend to client’s feedback/complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Job Requirement:
- Minimum “O” Level, with at least 2 years of working experience in sales.
- Previous experience in related field/service industries will be an added advantage.
- Possess valid Class 3/3A driving license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Sales driven and results oriented
- Have excellent customer service attitude, communication and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous, responsible and resilient in a dynamic environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Bilingual/multi-lingual will be an added advantage
Position 2:
Rental Consultant
Job Description:
- Attend to online bookings and reservations
- Attend to telephone enquiries
- Customer relationship management
- Conduct availability check in vehicle fleet
- Perform credit card transaction
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Minimum “O” Level, with minimum 1 year working experience in sales
- Applicant without experience are welcome
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, discipline, highly organised worker who is able to multitask and a team player
- Pleasant personality and able to handle customer complaints professionally
- 5.5-day work week, require to work on Saturdays
Position 3:
Relationship Manager (Korean Market- Corporate Sales)
Job Description:
- Handle Korean corporate accounts.
- Seek new Korean customers for the car leasing business
- Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Service and build good relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Provide good after-sales service and manage account receivables
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College,
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field - Eloquent and good communication skills in Korean and English language
- Highly organised and meticulous
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Comfortable to liaise with people across all levels
- Valid Class 3 Singapore driving license
